An attached, contoured backrest helps students sit properly on the stability balls for extended periods of time. The ball itself creates an engaging active seat that promotes small, stabilizing movements to build core strength. The strong base is made of sturdy 1″ dia 12-gauge steel tubing with a built-in cradle to securely support the stability ball resting on it. A powder-coated finish stands up to institutional use. The chair rolls smoothly around the classroom on 4 inline 2-1/2″ dia casters. Supports up to 350 lb. Set includes 1 base with backrest and a 45 cm burst-resistant stability ball. Assembly required.
